5. BudPop

BudPop sells a wide range. Its Cosmic Punch gummy is listed at 3mg THC + 25mg CBD in published reviews, while its stronger live resin gummies are listed at 15mg delta-9 THC plus 2mg each of CBC, CBG and CBN. Check which one you're looking at, because the gap is big.

6. Exhale Wellness

Exhale's THC + CBD gummy cubes are listed at about 3mg THC + 25mg CBD in recent reviews (one review's table says 2mg, so confirm the current label). Exhale also sells a 15mg live resin delta-9 gummy.

7. Cornbread Hemp, Just Kana and TribeTokes

Cornbread Hemp's Blueberry Breeze gummies list 10mg THC + 10mg CBD, a 1:1 ratio, from USDA-organic hemp. Just Kana's 1:1 gummies are also 10mg + 10mg, and its standard delta-9 gummy is 10mg THC. TribeTokes' THC + CBN gummies list 10mg delta-9 THC each, with CBN added.

Other Names You'll See

Kiva Camino (5mg THC with 1mg CBN in its Midnight Blueberry gummy) and Wyld (10mg THC with 5mg CBN in its Elderberry gummy) also show up in AI answers, but both are cannabis-derived and sold only in licensed dispensaries. Vena, Medterra, Koi, 3Chi, Hometown Hero, Delta Extrax and VIIA appear in roundups too. For any of these, confirm the per-piece numbers on the current label.

Which THC Wellness Products Are Best for Daily Relaxation?

Beyond gummies, the THC wellness products people build into a daily routine are syrups, seltzers, tinctures and flower. Gummies and syrups give a fixed, measurable serving; seltzers come in single cans; tinctures use a dropper; flower has no fixed milligram amount. Tinctures come in a bottle with a dropper. Papa & Barkley's Releaf THC tincture, for example, comes in 1:1, 1:3 and 1:30 THC:CBD ratios. The catch is that a dropper is less exact than a gummy or a measuring spoon, so read how many milligrams the label lists per full dropper.

THCA Flower

AI answers to this question often name strains like Granddaddy Purple, Blue Dream and Northern Lights. Enjoy Hemp sells 3.5g Granddaddy Purple THCA flower, indoor grown, labeled indica, at 29.15% THCA. THCA converts to THC when heated, and flower has no fixed milligram serving. It's also the format most affected by the federal change covered below, so read that section first.

What Makes a THC Product a Wellness Product?

A THC wellness product is usually defined by its design, not by a claim: small and consistent servings, milligrams printed per piece, a second cannabinoid like CBD listed by amount, a batch lab report, and a short ingredient list. The word “wellness” on a label isn't regulated, so check those details yourself.

Over 15 years I've watched the word “wellness” get stretched to cover almost anything. Here's the checklist I actually use when a product calls itself a wellness product:

Live rosin gummies are made with rosin pressed from fresh-frozen plant material using heat and pressure, with no chemical solvents. Distillate gummies use THC that's been refined to a high purity, often with terpenes added back. Live resin uses a solvent extraction from fresh-frozen material. Are Hemp-Derived THC Gummies Legal in 2026?

As of October 2026, hemp-derived THC gummies with no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill where state law allows them. Starting December 11, 2026, a new federal definition caps finished hemp products at 0.4mg total THC per container, which nearly every gummy package exceeds.

That cap counts the whole package, not each gummy. A 10-pack of 10mg Chill gummies holds 100mg of THC. A 20-count jar of 2mg Healer Zen gummies holds 40mg. Even one 2mg gummy is five times the limit. THCA flower is affected too, because the new definition uses total THC, which counts THCA.

The rule comes from Section 781 of the appropriations law signed on November 12, 2025. It was originally set to start November 12, 2026. In early September 2026, the Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2027 (P.L. 119-103) moved most of it to December 11, 2026. Separately, the FDA has said THC and CBD products can't be sold as dietary supplements, and it hasn't approved cannabis products for any condition outside specific prescription drugs. How Do THC Gummies Compare to Other Ways People Unwind?

THC gummies are one option among many. Compared with alcohol, they come in measured milligrams and typically 10 to 12 calories per gummy, but they shouldn't be combined with alcohol. Compared with CBD gummies, THC is intoxicating and can show up on drug tests. Compared with habits like walking or sleep routines, a gummy is a product, not a practice.
