Returns Policy- Applies to all shipments

All sales are final.

Unfortunately, we are are unable to accept returns. There are these rules about the return of perishable goods that we abide by, and cannot accept product if it sent back to us. If you are unhappy with your product, or believe it to be defective, please reach out! We'd love to work with you on a solution. 

Shipping for disposables - these products are meant to be shipped ground shipping only.  We do not warrant disposables if they are shipped on any type of air service such as 3 day, 2nd day or overnight shipping.  By choosing to order air shipping, you agree to accept the risk that your product may not work due to air pressure on the battery during transit.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of a store credit minus any shipping fees which are considered to be restocking fees.  If an item ships for free, then 9.99 will be deducted from the order total as a restocking fee with a credit on the customers account to apply towards a new order. 

When will my order ship?

All orders usually have a processing time of 1-5 business days, no orders are processed over the weekend or on US Federal holidays.  Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping. 

Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

When will I receive my order after it ships?

Most of our orders ship via USPS. USPS’ shipping time is on average 3-7 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up*. Please contact USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.

*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as but not limited to weather, COVID-19, Holiday rush, and lost packages.

What Do I do If my Package Is lost?

Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS. If you have purchased Route package protection you can easily file a claim here. If Route Package protection is not purchased, Enjoy Hemp is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. 

Additionally, only the purchase price of the item will be provided as a store credit on the first instance.  Therefore, if you purchase an item that is returned-to-sender, refused, or you elect to not have your order resent, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged?

To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route Protect at checkout which will cover you in the event of damages.

 
Please take photos of the item that is being claimed as damaged during shipping. and the packaging it arrived in to include in your claim when filing.

What if My Order Never Arrives or is Stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, make sure to include ROUTE protection with your order at checkout.  If the item is lost or stoeln, please file a claim with Route.

I Haven’t Received Tracking. Where can I find my tracking number?

Please be aware that you will receive your tracking number once your order has finished being processed and fulfilled.

Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you as well as it will be included under your profile under Orders.

If you’re a first-time customer or have any filters set up, your order notifications can be found in your Spam/Junk folder.

You can adjust this by marking Enjoy Hemp as not spam and saving our e-mail address in your contacts.

Can I Change My Order Details After Purchasing including the address?

Unfortunately, no changes can me made to the name or address once an order is complete.

We require age verification and fraud verification on all orders. Therefore, once your order has been processed and paid for, the order may not be modified in any way.

Important: Please double-check your name, address, and all other details before submitting your order. If you put the incorrect address and the package has shipped, there is nothing Delta Extrax can do for that order.
