Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take my order to ship? All orders placed before 12 pm eastern standard time, take 3 to 5 business days to ship excluding weekends and holidays.  For example, if your order is placed on a Friday evening, it is expected to ship no later than the following Monday.

Do you offer expedited shipping? No.  All orders ship at the same speed.

When do I get updates about my orders? As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email to the email you ordered from with a tracking number.

Are your packages discreet? Yes, they are.
