I love these!! I hadn’t heard of delta anything until around Christmas and let me tell you- I haven’t missed a day since. I take it for anxiety and help getting sleepy. I have a hard time getting my mind to slow down after a long day with so many different things I’m juggling as a mom. This works perfectly. I don’t drink but this is my version of a glass of wine every night. And I do intend on having it every night from now on. The perfect way to end a day.
