A little goes a long way!! This is a great option for everything from aches & pain to just a touch to lift the mood. Great taste and very versatile in its uses. HOWEVER, because it tastes so good it is very dangerous. A child or animal would devour it. It does come with a child resistant lid but I would be diligent to store this product out of reach.
