I was diagnosed with a stress disorder stemming from a near death experience in the ER a few years ago.... The Balance Gummies work well for me. I take a 1/2 a gummie 1 hour before bedtime and I sleep like a baby. I do not seem to feel any HIGH from the gummie prior to bedtime. Just relaxation. This is my 2nd order.
